The SV30-V3 Portable Solids Pump is a single operator, vacuum loading and pressure discharge pump capable of recovering and transferring almost any flowable sludge or slurry.
100% airpowered and operated, the SV30-V3 generates up to 27″Hg+ of high flow vacuum, allowing the transfer of materials typically considered unpumpable.
Specifically designed for small FPSO access hatches, the SV30-V3 can be lowered through service hatches into confined areas for sludge removal. The pump has been used extensively in bilge and tank cleaning applications globally.
Fitted with our Next Generation pneumatic controls, the unit features standardised service components, simpler controls and our signature adjustable discharge pressure.
Built for demanding sludge and slurry applications where access is limited, the SV30-V3 delivers a compact and highly mobile solution for solids recovery and transfer.

Introducing the newest addition to the SupaVac family, the SV30-V3!
The most compact portable solids pump in our range, the SV30-V3 is designed for applications where space is limited, including small FPSO tanks and service hatches.
But compact doesn’t mean compromising on performance.
During development, the SV30-V3 achieved an impressive 93.9 kPa (27.7 inHg) of vacuum through increased air inlet velocity, a significant performance boost for a 2” (50 mm) air-operated solids handling pump.
More vacuum. More capability. Still compact enough to go where larger equipment can’t.

Another SupaVac shipment is ready to go!
This week, we have 2 × SV60-V3s, 1 × SV110-V3, 150m of hose and 2 drop boxes packed and ready for early shipment.
Following a recent order sent to Africa, this shipment is also heading to Africa and the Middle East to support FPSO & tank cleaning applications.
It’s great to see the latest generation of SupaVac equipment continuing to make its way to offshore projects around the world.
